Sales & Move Coordinator – Rye, East Sussex As a Sales & Move Coordinator, you'll be part of a vibrant, customer-focused organization! Based in Rye, East Sussex, this function is critical to facilitating smooth relocations by receiving customer inquiries, scheduling surveys, and overseeing the entire moving process. If you have previous expertise in the moving or relocation sector and excel at customer service, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. Hybrid working (home/office) available. What You'll Be Doing: Respond to consumer inquiries by phone, email, or in person, offering prompt and professional help. Schedule and monitor survey appointments for domestic relocations. Prepare accurate customer quotations and pricing revisions within 24 hours. Manage relocation bookings while communicating clearly with operational teams and clients. Handle invoices, payments, storage accounts, and documents in accordance with contract requirements. Upsell extra moving and relocation services to maximize earnings. Collaborate with agents, shipping companies, and third-party vendors to schedule services and negotiate prices. Oversee the entire relocation process to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Proactively contact with customers and provide regular shipment progress updates. Respond to and resolve client complaints, aiding with the claims process as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Assist with general administrative chores for the relocation team. What We're Looking For: Experience with a moving or relocation company is necessary. Excellent administrative and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. Outstanding customer service abilities and the ability to manage client expectations. The ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced workplace. Strong communication skills are required to work with clients, third-party providers, and internal teams. Preferably experienced with Moveware or a similar CRM system. Interested?
