Quantity Surveyor – Permanent Position Location: London | Salary: Up to £70,000 We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded consultancy based in London. Key Responsibilities: Manage cost control and budgeting for high-value projects Deliver pre and post-contract services Provide accurate cost estimates and financial reporting Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams Ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards Skills & Experience: RICS accreditation (preferred) Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally on large-scale projects Strong understanding of cost management processes Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
