Recovery Co-Ordinators - Essex - 3 Vacancies We are currently recruiting for 3 Recovery Co-Ordinators to join a new contract in Essex, supporting the PAIRS alcohol service commissioned by Essex County Council. Positions are available in the following locations: Basildon (South Essex) Colchester (North Essex) Harlow (West Essex) Key Details: Start Date: ASAP Contract: Ongoing Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay: Flexible, dependent on experience and qualifications DBS: Must be on the Update Service or issued within the last 12 months Key Responsibilities: Complete client assessments and recovery plans Manage client caseloads and track progress Deliver one-to-one and group interventions Support clients in accessing education, employment, and wider services Collaborate with partner organisations for coordinated care Maintain professional and accurate records Conduct outreach to promote service accessibility Requirements: Experience in substance misuse, mental health, or social care Strong communication and organisational skills Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-focused approaches If you're interested in supporting recovery across Essex and meet the criteria, get in touch today to discuss further.
