Site Manager

They are a well-established regional house builder renowned for delivering premium quality homes to an NHBC 5★ standard. With a strong reputation for delivering excellence, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take charge of a new development in West Yorkshire. The Role: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that the development is delivered to the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee all aspects of construction, from groundworks through to handover, ensuring homes are built to programme while maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Managing the construction of high-quality homes in line with NHBC 5★ standards Ensuring the site operates in full compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within programme deadlines Conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to building regulations Managing sites with 100 units, ensuring efficient programme management and site logistics Liaising with clients, design teams, and senior management to provide progress updates and address any site-related challenges Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring homes are delivered to the expected quality before handover Managing and maintaining accurate site documentation, reports, and records What They’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Manager working on 5★ house-building developments A strong track record in health and safety management, with the ability to uphold and enforce safety standards on-site Experience managing developments of 100 units A track record of delivering high-quality homes on time and to budget Experience working with NHBC guidelines and building control regulations A Pride in the Job Award (or working at a level that would merit one) is highly desirable Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold Card preferred), and First Aid at Work certification What They Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package, including pension, company car and performance related bonus The opportunity to work with a well-respected, premium house builder A supportive and professional working environment with a focus on quality and excellence Long-term career progression opportunities within a growing company If you are an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality homes on large-scale developments, I would love to hear from you.
