Job Title: Litigation Solicitor Location: Coventry / Flexible Hybrid Salary: Competitive (Above Market Rate) Hours: Monday - Friday Overview Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic litigation team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As a Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in the team, handling a broad range of civil litigation matters while contributing to the wider success of the department. Responsibilities will include: Managing a varied caseload including contentious probate, boundary disputes, shareholder/director conflicts, settlement agreements, and landlord/tenant disputes Supporting senior solicitors on more complex matters Collaborating with stakeholders across the firm to ensure effective case progression Contributing to business development, marketing initiatives, and client networking events Providing guidance and support to junior team members where appropriate About You Qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE in civil litigation Confident handling a diverse caseload with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving ability Commercially aware with excellent communication and client care skills A collaborative team player who also thrives when working independently Benefits Competitive salary (Above Market Rate) Flexible hybrid working arrangements 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Death in service benefit Healthcare cash plan Staff discounts on legal services Please put your home postcode on your CV when applying.
