Contracts Manager – Exeter Exciting Opportunity for a Contracts Manager in Exeter! Join a regional construction company in Devon as a Contracts Manager, overseeing a variety of projects to the highest standards. Projects include refurbishments, commercial new builds, and extensions in leisure, industrial, and education sectors, ranging from £10k to £10m plus in value. Responsibilities: Provide regular project performance reports including a full monthly report Take responsibility for the management of up to multiple site teams Provide information for inclusion within tender submissions Understand and deliver contracts within the agreed contract conditions and timeframes Line management of Senior Site Managers and their site teams; monitoring performance, providing leadership, direction and guidance Provide pre construction and pre contract advice to ensure for the smooth running of site activities Skills: Experience of Programming, JCT and NEC Contracts and design management Detailed Health and Safety knowledge Knowledge of building, material components, building regulations SMSTS CSCS card First Aid at Work Full UK driving licence If you would like to discuss, please do call RGB Recruitment and ask for Nicky Harris.
