Office Administration Assistant Salary - £30 000 p/a Fully office based Robert Half is working with a modelling management company in the search for a office admin assistant based in London. Role: We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly efficient Office Administration Assistant to join a dynamic model management agency based in London. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, and an interest in the fashion and creative industries. Responsibilities: Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, Eurostars, and car services Organise accommodation Handle general office administrative duties Answer incoming phone calls and provide helpful, professional communication Input and maintain accurate travel and accommodation data in the internal booking system Liaise with suppliers such as cleaning companies and car service providers Work closely with the accounting department to ensure all logistics-related bookings are properly recorded and transferred Maintain up-to-date UK visa entry files for models arriving and undergoing visa processing Run occasional errands, including managing weekly flower arrangements for the office Skills Required: Exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking skills Solid administrative abilities Proactive mindset – someone who looks for ways to improve processes without being asked Efficient and dependable, especially under pressure Friendly, approachable, and excellent communication skills This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to be a part of a creative, fun and upbeat environment.
