Job Title: Multimodal - Freight Forwarder Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Responsibilities: Oversee the entire Multimodal Import and Export Operations process from start to finish. Quote and price shipments, ensuring the best rates are secured. Liaise with shippers, hauliers, and carriers to manage the transport process. Manage key accounts, handling everything from booking to delivery. Arrange timely and accurate documentation for shipments. Complete customs documentation as required. Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
