We are now looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the digital marketing strategy for PfH, PfH Scotland, and Inprova. The role involves overseeing the development and management of new website projects, ensuring they meet performance and user experience standards. Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager: Manage website projects for PfH & PfH Scotland, ensuring performance & user experience standards. Regularly update & optimize websites for performance, UX, & conversions. Create & manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI. Oversee SEO strategy with third-party support to improve rankings & traffic. Lead paid & organic social media campaigns for brand visibility, engagement & lead generation. Coordinate third-party agencies & freelancers for seamless digital marketing execution. Report on digital marketing performance & drive continuous improvements. Key Skills/Experience: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple website projects. Analytical expertise to report on marketing channels & drive improvements. Proficiency in SEO tools & strategies to boost organic traffic & rankings. Ability to create & manage high-ROI PPC campaigns. Expertise in paid & organic social media for brand visibility, engagement & lead generation. Strong communication skills to liaise with digital partners & agencies. Technical proficiency in WordPress, Gravity Forms & Elementor for website management. Experience in creating & executing effective email marketing campaigns.
