Maintenance Electrician

Regularly assess and refine systems to ensure all plant and machinery operate efficiently. Uphold current Health & Safety legislation in all work practices. You should proactively seek improvements by following existing procedures. Maintain a clean and organised workshop and work environment. Facilitate the provision of services for new machinery installations. Develop and consistently follow routine maintenance schedules. Guarantee the availability of necessary spare parts for replacements. Verify that the level of operational coverage meets the factory's demands. Support the maintenance team as needed. Assist in all PPM Keep the Shire System updated, including the allocation of labour and parts. Monitor and control downtime. Shift Pattern; 4 on 4 off – days / nights 6.00am – 18:00pm & 18:00pm – 06:00am Candidates from a FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) are preferred, including beverages, Food, chemicals, packaging, containers and warehousing Important things to note: This role requires an individual with a valid UK driver's license. This role does not offer sponsorship. Due to the training provided, candidates who are on a work visa must have more than 36 months remaining on their current visa or proof of an extension without sponsorship.p
