Senior Manager, Omnichannel production

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Omnichannel Production to oversee the execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns across European and APAC markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring the flawless delivery of marketing initiatives for both new product launches and ongoing brand activity. You’ll collaborate closely with omnichannel strategists, brand teams, and cross-functional partners to bring high-impact campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full execution process for omnichannel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies Drive tactical planning and manage production workflows for assigned markets Act as a central contact for marketing asset creation and execution Manage timelines, resources, and delivery across multiple channels Apply Agile practices to improve workflow efficiency and campaign delivery Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure quality outcomes Use marketing performance data to guide campaign optimisation and decision-making Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing operations within a large, dynamic organisation Proven track record in omnichannel campaign management, project coordination, and vendor engagement Strong working knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing platforms Proficient in Veeva CRM; experience with tools such as Workfront, JIRA, eWizzard, and SFMC is advantageous Familiarity with Agile methodologies and content taxonomy is preferred Languages: Fluency in English and either Spanish or Italian is essential Additional language skills are a plus Join a dynamic, collaborative team at the forefront of omnichannel marketing innovation.
