Commissioning Manager

URGENT ROLE- REQUIRED START ASAP Commissioning Manager Contract Role – 12 Months £74 per hour- Inside IR35 Hybrid/ Aldermaston The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Commissioning Manager to join a Nuclear Defense client based in Aldermaston. Some of your duties will include: Author the facility commissioning strategy, and commissioning plans in line with work breakdown structure Produce the commissioning schedule in line with project master integrated schedule Verification and Validation of commissioning activities and documentation. Ensure commissioning processes are robust, fit for purpose, and effectively implemented across the delivery team. Collaborate with Suppliers, Site Operations, Nuclear Services, the Operational Control Centre, and other commissioning teams to foster strong cross-disciplinary relationships. Report to the Operational Readiness Manager, achieving key project milestones and providing progress updates in alignment with project requirements and deliverables. Ensure safe procedures are applied consistently for all testing and commissioning across allocated work packages. What do you need to succeed? Experience of developing Strategies for Testing, commissioning, and generation of handover plans. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to communicate complex and diverse processes and procedures effectively Experience of verification and validation, (the V model) Experience in the nuclear industry or other highly regulated industry.
