Senior Management Accountant (Remote/Hybrid)?? Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 (DOE)?? Hybrid (based near Sevenoaks) | Remote-first team?? Full-time | Flexitime | Mon–FriA progressive, remote-first accountancy firm is seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join its agile and close-knit team. The RoleThe successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to support junior team members, liaise with clients, and deliver high-quality financial reporting and advisory services.?? Ideal Candidate Will Have: ACA or ACCA qualification Minimum of 5 years’ practice experience Proficiency in TaxCalc, Iris, and Xero Solid experience in preparing statutory accounts, CT600 returns, and Self Assessments ?? Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review statutory accounts and corporation tax returns (CT600) Review and guide junior accountants’ workflows Manage and maintain relationships with overseas teams �? Review Self Assessment returns Provide client-facing financial advisory services ?? Prepare management accounts, reports, and commentary (monthly/quarterly) Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax policies Handle HMRC correspondence and support audits Participate in internal and client meetings Conduct bookkeeping checks and internal accounting audits Contribute to team training and process improvements �?
