Job: Senior Finance Analyst (3 month contract) Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire Day rate: £350-£450pd Length of contract: 3 months An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Finance Analyst to join a dynamic team in St Albans. Responsibilities include: Supporting the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans Delivering accurate monthly reporting, including management accounts, variance analysis, and KPIs Conducting financial analysis to inform strategic decisions, improve profitability, and identify cost-saving opportunities Providing financial input for investment appraisals, including modelling, scenario planning, and risk assessment Ensuring compliance with financial controls and support audit activities Optimising reporting tools and dashboards in partnership with wider teams. Driving continuous improvement and standardisation in FP&A processes The ideal candidate will have: ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications or equivalent Proven track record in FP&A, business partnering or management accounting Strong knowledge of Excel and financial systems, including SAP and Power BI is desirable Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical mindset The client is offering £350pd-£450pd and offers hybrid work.
