Se busca canguro para cuidado de niños en Madrid

We are a bilingual family of three living in Ensanche de Vallecas: dad is Madrileo, Mom is American, and our son is 4 years old. We also have a cat and a dog. We are looking for someone to help a few times a week after school and once per weekend evening so Mom and Dad can relax. One or both of us will be home with you guys during the week, but Mom works from home and might need to be in her office while Dad cooks (or vice versa). We would like someone who speaks English because our son still refuses to speak English (but he understands it 100%). He is a very loving child who is active but also has a calm side, loves to color and paint, loves jokes, and stories. We basically need a hand for when Mom is in meetings and once per weekend, so Mom and Dad can do something together. Sometimes, we might need additional help but those will be when he is sick or when there are holidays and school is canceled (like semana santa).
