Team Lead - MEAN Stack

Job Title : MERN Stack Developer (Team Lead) Location : Pune, Maharashtra (Local Candidates Preferred) Experience : Minimum 4 Years (with proven team leadership experience) Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong team leading capabilities to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving project success, and delivering scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of developers in building robust and scalable web applications. - Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack. - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and ensure code quality. - Manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Participate in code reviews and establish best coding practices across the team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack. Requirements : - Minimum 4 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role. - Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar). - Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and associated services. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and modern architecture patterns. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
