Technical Lead - Java

Role : Java Tech Description : We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. With a minimum of 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and innovation within our Java-based development projects. As a Tech Lead, you will guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines. We are committed to diversity hiring and welcome candidates from all backgrounds to Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions and contribute to project planning and timelines. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring the team follows best practices and coding standards. - Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and deployment. - Perform code reviews, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution to meet business : - 7 years of experience in Java development with expertise in frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java EE. - Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in an agile environment.
