Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, test, and maintain software that boosts performance, enhances security, and cuts costs. - Contribute to rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and best practices in backend development. What We Are Looking For : Educational Background : - BE/BTech or equivalent in a relevant technical field. Experience : - 10 years as a software developer with backend expertise, and a passion for fintech. - Experience in the fintech industry is a must. Knowledge Areas : Technical Skills : - Proficiency in Golang with a willingness to learn new technologies as needed. - Knowledge of Ruby on Rails (RoR) along with Golang is a bonus. - Experience with MySQL and a readiness to work with other database technologies. - Exceptional analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset. - Committed to quality and solution oriented. - Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker is a plus. - Fintech experience is mandatory, and an understanding of trading systems. - A troubleshooting mindset and the drive to find solutions where others see roadblocks.
