Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/Javascript/TypeScript

Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and MongoDB. - Contribute to frontend development when required, preferably using React.js or similar frameworks (MERN Stack). - Build and integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with frontend developers for smooth data flow and seamless UI/UX. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps. - Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system reliability and scalability. - Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL), ensuring data integrity and security. - Implement microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold best coding practices. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest continuous improvements. Qualifications & Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3-5 years of strong backend development experience. - Proficiency with backend languages and frameworks : Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Working knowledge of frontend technologies like React.js or similar. - In-depth experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, Redis. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and third-party integrations. - Understanding of microservices architecture and API-first development. - Strong grasp of Git and version control best practices. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. - Passion for innovation, learning new technologies, and delivering high-quality software.
