Join to apply for the Sales Support - Tenders Specialist (F/M) role at Sartorius . We are looking for a Sales Support - Tenders Specialist (F/M) based in Firenze (Italy) or Aubagne (France). The mission of the Sales Support – Tenders Specialist is to provide support and expertise to the sales team in promoting Sartorius products in Italy and Spain, and possibly in France, through the response to tenders. He/she may also support Sales Support teams in Europe and be called upon by other teams for expertise in specific missions. Grow With Us - Your Responsibilities Tenders Management Assist sales teams in preparing offers, documents, and technical files for tenders. Search for tender publications/announcements based on sales requests or emails from hosting providers; visit hosting websites if needed; request tender files from relevant administration. Share tender publications and documents with Sales Reps and Application Specialists for bid validation. Plan tender responses according to deadlines and send reminders. Submit complete tender response files to customers following specific regulations. Follow up on amendments, contract renewals, and other changes. Notify Sales Reps and Application Specialists of tender outcomes; send quotes to Sales Support for price registration in SAP if successful. Maintain and share an annual summary table of tenders. Participate in developing tools to improve service organization. Quotation Prepare quotations independently using available systems (SAP, Configurator, CRM) in coordination with the sales team and stakeholders.
