What to Expect from This Position You will be part of Deda Next, working in a young and dynamic environment dedicated to providing assistance and consulting services related to Payroll Management, Personnel Legal Aspects, and Attendance/Absence Recording for our Local Public Administration clients. Your activities will focus on consulting and supporting clients regarding the Civilia Next product, especially the modules mentioned above. Must Have Skills Diploma or degree in a technical field. Knowledge of relevant regulations (CCNL Enti Locali), especially in the payroll processing process. Understanding of the organizational data management process for public employees, including payroll and related obligations (tax and contribution declarations), and basic knowledge of typical local government work models (administrative, shift workers, managers, E.Q.) and personnel file management. Basic knowledge of a local entity’s balance sheet related to payroll processes (mandates and reversals) is appreciated. Excellent understanding and ability to provide management solutions for local entities. Ability to guide clients in implementing offered solutions across various processes. Willingness to travel nationwide.
