Junior Key Account Manager

Job Description: Key Account Manager Junior JOB ITALIA SPA, an employment agency authorized by the Ministry of Labour (Aut. Min. Lavoro n° 13/I/0001610/03.01 del 05/02/2010), Perugia branch, is seeking a Key Account Manager Junior for a company in the packaging industry based in Pomezia (Rome). The company is a leader in creating innovative packaging and display materials. Responsibilities include: Visiting assigned clients Researching new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones Providing technical assistance and consulting to clients Managing disputes and communicating with the customer service team Receiving customer orders and forwarding them to the sales department for quotes and proposals Drafting visit reports Managing customer follow-ups Qualifications: Previous experience as a Key Account Manager in structured medium-large companies Technical diploma and/or degree in Economics Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude Negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Knowledge of English at least at B2 level Additional Information: Type of contract: initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment Working hours: full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday Location: Pomezia (Rome) The position is open to all genders, ages, and nationalities, in accordance with laws 903/77 and 125/91, and legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
