Finance & Accounting Specialist, Livorno Livorno, Italy Tecno In Srl, a multiservice company with extensive experience in geology, environment, and engineering sectors, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Specialist to join their team in Naples. Within a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, the selected candidate will focus on structuring and improving financial processes, supporting the company's administrative, accounting, and financial activities in close collaboration with corporate headquarters. Specifically, the role will support: Accounting activities related to preparing the annual financial statements; Controlling activities involving reporting; Financial planning and the application of financial models to verify future cash flows; Managing and preparing Cash-Flow statements; Managing relationships with banks and credit institutions; Fiscal activities. Requirements include: Good knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.); Good understanding of general accounting, invoicing (active/passive), bank reconciliations; Familiarity with ERP systems; Ability to work independently and in a team; Problem-solving skills and attention to detail; 3-5 years of experience in finance.
