If you enjoy collaborating with Developers and QA Engineers on accessibility standards and best practices, this might be the perfect role for you Responsibilities: Act as a go-to SME on accessibility, WCAG guidelines, and code-level remediation solutions for junior team members; provide regular audit reviews to ensure compliance with best practices. Prepare, run, and report on feedback from user reviews and WCAG audits. Serve as an educational resource to product teams and run office hours. Identify quality issues proactively and set up training programs tailored to teams or individuals. Train new team members on accessibility compliance testing on desktop and mobile devices. Manage multiple projects with different clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. 5 years of experience as an Accessibility specialist. Deep technical knowledge of accessibility, including code-level remediation and collaboration with developers. Experience with assistive technologies and WCAG checkpoints. Consulting agency experience and strong customer-facing skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to multitask and manage concurrent activities effectively.
