The future colleague will join the Cloud Native Team in the role of CLOUD NATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT , taking care with a high level of independence of defining and evolving the infrastructure architecture of our enterprise customers' information systems, considering IT policies and internal standards. Key Responsibilities Adhere to customer application architecture guiding principles, policies, best practices, reference architectures, and standards; Design infrastructure architectures to meet business and IT requirements proactively; Collaborate with development teams during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for architecture reviews; Ensure security and data integrity in platforms using industry standards and frameworks; Work with colleagues and customer contacts (architects, engineers, IT managers) to define global standards; Partner with IT operations on problem management requiring architecture analysis; Design, update, and maintain infrastructure architecture for banking components from an infrastructure perspective. Hard Skills The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: Degree in IT engineering or Science of Information Technology or comparable experience; 5 years of experience as an infrastructure architect in complex IT environments; Experience in System Administration and Architecture Design; Deep knowledge of architecture documentation standards (e.g., TOGAF, UML, Visio); Knowledge of security concepts and TOGAF framework; Experience with web applications and mobile apps protocols and interactions; Experience in middleware infrastructure design supporting resilience, high availability, capacity, and performance; Knowledge of API principles; Understanding of IT processes and SDLC; Basic knowledge of CI pipelines, Git, Ansible, Artifactory, Azure DevOps; Knowledge of DORA constraints; TOGAF Certification; Architect Certification for AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Language Skills Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; French and/or Spanish is a plus. Soft Skills Open-mindedness and teamwork orientation; Structured and analytical approach; Effective communication skills; High problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and adapt to changing contexts; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Perseverance and influence skills.
