The ideal candidate will be a key suppor for managing the entire production lifecycle, from order processing to shipment, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships with vendors and overseeing timely product delivery. KEY ACTIVITIES : Production Order Management : Manage and launch production orders, ensuring they are processed efficiently. Production Monitoring : Continuously track and oversee production progress to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. Vendor Communication : Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and address any issues that arise. Reporting & System Updates : Compile progress reports and update production status in the system, ensuring all stakeholders are informed. Shipment & Documentation : Record and communicate the shipment of finished garments, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery. Document Control : Verify invoices and packing lists for accuracy before processing. Made-to-Order (MTO) Orders : Handle the launch, tracking, and shipment of Made-to-Order products. Repair Management : Oversee repairs and manage post-production fixes or adjustments as needed. MAIN QUALIFICATIONS : Proven experience in RTW production management or a similar role. Good understanding of garment construction and production processes. Excellent communication and vendor management skills. Proficiency in production management software and systems.
