Store Planning Operations Specialist

Job Opportunity: Store & Properties Project Manager Anonima Company, based in Milan, Italy, operating in the fashion & luxury sector, is seeking a Store & Properties Project Manager. The role involves overseeing the design processes to ensure Retail, Wholesale, & Franchising projects are delivered on time and within budget, in accordance with company guidelines. Gathering project documentation and information necessary to initiate the design process; Organizing and supervising the design process with involved parties: landlords, architectural design firms, MEP designers, external consultants, and internal teams such as retail and wholesale offices; Analyzing and verifying tender specifications; Organizing the tender process with general contractors: collecting bids, technical and financial verification; Placing orders and procuring display materials directly supplied by the Brand (furniture, fabrics, lighting, etc.); Monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and promptly resolving issues; Managing the assigned budget: cost control, variance verification, and periodic reporting; Operational coordination with suppliers, contractors, design studios, and internal teams; Handling administrative permits and building procedures in collaboration with technical consultants, designers, and local authorities; Organizing and participating in site inspections; Producing periodic reports on progress, timing, costs, and potential issues; Conducting handover and testing of the store, verifying compliance with regulations and Brand quality standards; Coordinating and managing the collection of as-built documentation and certifications of the works in compliance with current regulations. Qualifications include: Proficiency in AutoCAD and excellent knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Good ability to read technical drawings, bill of quantities, specifications, and site documentation; Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and special systems; Skills in budget management and negotiation with suppliers; Understanding of urban planning and building regulations; Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
