Customer focuses on driving transformation in the front office around consumers, clients, citizens, and patients. We design, build, and commercialize new products, services, and customer experiences. Sub-competencies include Innovation, Experience Design, Marketing, Sales, and Service. Finance professionals help clients navigate disruptive changes affecting the global market to create sustainable value. This unit includes Finance Transformation (process mapping and reengineering, organizational analysis), Industry 4.0 (finance services related to the National Plan 4.0, incentives, and grants), and Funding 4 Innovation (European funds management). Supply Chain & Operations professionals support companies in preparing for autonomous supply chains, reducing costs, and working capital. Our expertise covers end-to-end supply chain strategy, operational excellence, and resilience. Digital Risk professionals assist clients in achieving sustainable growth by protecting business performance and providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance. Enterprise Risk professionals help clients identify and mitigate key risks, building agility to respond swiftly to market changes. Focus areas include Internal Audit, Risk Management, Enterprise Resilience, and Third-Party Risk Management. People Consulting People Consulting helps clients address complex workforce issues, delivering value by focusing on HumansCenter of the Transformation agenda. We help reimagine the future workforce through three main teams: HR Transformation and HR Technology enhances value by integrating HR and payroll processes, accelerating digital transformation, and optimizing spend.
