Position Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions, and supporting implementation projects across various industries. The ideal candidate has a strong functional understanding of procurement processes, accounts payable, and vendor management, with hands-on experience integrating with key SAP modules like MM, FI, PP, and PM. Responsibilities Analyze and understand business requirements to design and implement SAP P2P solutions that meet client needs. Configure and customize the SAP P2P module to align with end-to-end procurement and payment processes. Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize process improvements across the Procure-to-Pay cycle. Develop and deliver training programs to support successful user adoption. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP P2P configurations, processes, and procedures. Conduct testing, configuration, and implementation activities for new solutions or system changes. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP P2P systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as MM, FI, PP, and PM. Lead or participate in SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in SAP P2P implementation, configuration, and process optimization. Strong understanding of procurement , accounts payable , and vendor management . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams. SAP P2P certification or equivalent hands-on experience with a focus on business process knowledge. Strong understanding of SAP ERP and integration with MM, FI, PP, and PM. Proficiency in technical English. Experience working with multifunctional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Azure DevOps , Lean , or Six Sigma . Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with procurement automation and invoice processing tools . Experience with SAP S/4HANA (desirable) or SAP ECC integration. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in dynamic environments. Why Join Us?
