We are looking for a Player Support Service to join our dynamic team. In this role work within a high-performance team and continually provide unique experiences and efficient solutions that help our players get back into the game as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities: Manage interactions with players focused on providing the best possible experience within our scope. Understand internal processes and continuously update your knowledge. Ramp up towards our internal productivity and satisfaction thresholds. Contribute to our continuous improvement model. Qualifications: High-school diploma or equivalent 1 year of professional experience in a Customer Service position B2 English Level proficiency Advanced writing skills Proficiency in Windows and Office applications Active Gamer: MOBAS, Shooters, etc Remote CDMX.
