IT Project Manager

We're currently looking for an IT Project Manager who will take full ownership of project delivery while actively contributing to the growth and culture of our company. Responsibilities: Manage IT projects end-to-end across all areas: scope, time, budget, risk, communication, stakeholders, and quality Work according to established software development processes Identify and mitigate business risks Lead and support project teams Act as the single point of contact for all matters related to the project Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of xBerry Participate in recruitment processes and team expansion What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT Proven track record of leading project teams and delivering successful IT solutions Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving Excellent organizational skills Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for getting things done Fluent English communication skills Open-mindedness and willingness to tackle new challenges A true team player with a “can-do” attitude And of course… a good sense of humor Nice to Have: Technical background – you understand the language of developers and engineers What We Offer: Flexible working hours Remote work options Private medical care program MultiSport card Pizza Fridays Choice of contract type: employment contract or B2B – whichever suits you best
