Plus your own development budget. Role description: This position is responsible for leading a team of Data Compilation team members within the Underwriting. The Senior Manager will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data to support the underwriting process as well as an audit for our external Client. Senior Manager will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and efficiency of data compilation activities, while also providing guidance and support to team members. What you'll need to get this job: At least bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, statistics, economics, commerce, or a related field. At least 3-4 years of proven experience in a team management role. Strong knowledge of underwriting or related roles within the insurance industry, with a focus on data compilation and analysis – nice to have. Ability to manage and motivate a team and ability to manage contradictory expectations. Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (knowledge of SQL – nice to have). Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding client's perspective and their challenges and can find win-win solutions. Nice to have: certificates or awards in the insurance business.
