Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct administrative support to the Director and Sales Manager, including diary management, email correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Prepare, format, and manage business documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Handle data entry, digital filing, and record-keeping with accuracy and confidentiality. Manage communications and respond to general inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms. Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales documentation, quotations, and client correspondence. Capture on Sales Evolution Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes. Support with the creation and management of marketing and sales materials where required. Perform other general office duties such as ordering supplies, handling mail, and supporting colleagues when necessary. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Total computer literacy: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and CRM systems and Pastel Evolution Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently under pressure. Professional, dependable, and discreet in handling sensitive information. Experience in supporting executive-level staff. Familiarity with sales and marketing processes. Working Hours: Mon- Thursday 07h30 to 16h20 Friday 07h30 to 13h30 Salary: R 13 000 to R 16 000
