Job Description

Location: Nouakchott, Mauritania, North West Africa Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related Certificate in Project Management (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with atleast 5 years in senior leadership roles Proven track record of managing complex construction projects and improving departmental operations Interest and willingness to work in Africa Strong knowledge of international construction standards and best practices Experience in developing and implementing construction procedures and training programs Responsibilities: Lead the complete reorganization and optimization of the construction department Develop and implement comprehensive construction management procedures and standards Design and deliver training programs for local staff to ensure knowledge transfer Establish project management frameworks and quality control systems Oversee resource allocation and department structuring Implement reporting systems and performance metrics Mentor and develop local team members to ensure sustainable operations How to apply:
