Site Engineer (Building)

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have completed a degree in Civil or Construction Management, as well as a valid SACPCMP registration and 5 plus years experience the management of and ensuring the profitability of large scale building projects. You will be target driven to achieve the financial targets/costing per site, as well as manage the site administration, SHEQ and labour on sites. You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of building materials, plant and equipment for building projects, as well as being a proactive leader to drive high quality and deadline driven projects. You will be detail orientated, focused on service and deadline delivery, work strictly according to legislation and be able to meticulously multi-task, as well as problem solve effectively You must be a detailed-orientated and organized team player with demonstrated delivery in high pressure situations. You must have a drivers license, a clear criminal and credit record, and reliable transport.
