Our clients business continues to grow and evolve, they are looking for exceptional people who are passionate team members to join them and further develop their own career in the residential building industry. They have some of the best systems and processes in place and positions within this company do not come up often. They do have an opening for a superstar Administrator to join them within their maintenance department. Reporting to the Operations Manager the responsibilities are as follows : MAINTENANCE CO-ORDINATOR Dealing with incoming requests, queries regarding maintenance. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeframe. Qualify, review and respond to all maintenance requests within a specified time Liaise with clients regarding requests, book in trades, maintain the maintenance register Daily reporting Keeping Systems up to date Following up of trades/suppliers for any outstanding maintenance issues. Other reasonable duties as requested by the Ops Manager. To be successful in either of these roles, you will have: Previous experience in a fast paced administration role within residential construction industry is essential Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
