Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Neuro ICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/05/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse – Neuro ICU Location: Olympia, WA Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hour:- 36 Hour Job Description: Please note: Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility will not be eligible for a travel contract Floating is required. Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set Additional Requirements: Position: ICU RN Start date: ASAP Years of experience REQ: Minimum of 2 years critical care experience. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend REQ: Yes, EOW. Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS required, NIH preferred Is on-call REQ? No. Will this traveler need to float between like units? Floating is required. Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set Open to accommodating block schedule? Not at this time. RTO Restrictions: None, prefer to keep it under 7 days. Special Equipment: Ventilators, Impella, IABP, internal thermoregulation, temporary pacemakers, etc. Patient diagnoses: we run open heart program with 1-3 patients per weekday. We take cath lab patients s/p TAVR, watchman, stenting, etc. In addition to procedural/surgical patients, we care for all general ICU patients (sepsis, respiratory failure, DKA, GIB, COVID).
