Job Description

Our client, a global biotechnology company, is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a Senior Vice President and a Vice President. This full-time, 100% onsite role is based in Boston, MA and runs through the end of the year, offering competitive pay of $55-$60 per hour. Standard working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, managing complex calendars and travel logistics Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and assist with PowerPoint presentations Interact with senior leaders and external partners to support executive needs Process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts Maintain internal communication tools, including the company's internal newsletter and VNET page Support onboarding activities and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues Anticipate executive needs and proactively streamline administrative processes Candidate Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical industries C-suite support experience required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-level stakeholders Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
