Within REWS Technology and Governance, our Technology Governance and Business Operations team is dedicated to ensuring the effective and efficient deployment of technology and governance solutions to support REWS' strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Support Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Tech & Governance programs by balancing internal communications with cross-functional program management. Lead cross-functional initiatives to deploy employee experience (EX) technologies (e.g., digital onboarding tools, workplace experience apps), aligning user needs with governance and compliance standards. Drive change management for new workplace tech rollouts, including training, communications, and adoption metrics. Collaborate with REWS teams to align technology investments with physical workspace design (e.g., smart buildings, occupancy sensors). Establish standards for scalability, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness of workplace technologies across global offices. Design and implement technology-driven EX initiatives (e.g., collaboration tools, smart office platforms, wellness apps) to improve workplace satisfaction, productivity, and inclusivity. Partner with HR, Facilities, and IT to integrate employee feedback into the design of digital and physical workspaces (e.g., hybrid work tools, reservation systems, AI-driven analytics). Manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs through their lifecycle—owning timelines, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals and impact to stakeholders. Coordinate extensively across teams and levels, delivering compelling presentations, business review materials, strategy documents, and stakeholder communications. Required (Mandatory): 5 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or related functions, including leading cross-functional initiatives across IT, HR, Facilities, and Legal teams. Proven expertise in deploying Employee Experience (EX) technologies (e.g., workplace apps, collaboration platforms) with a strong understanding of user needs, governance, and ROI measurement (e.g., adoption rates, satisfaction scores). Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Required (Desired): Familiarity with AI/ML-driven Employee Experience tools (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics), VR/AR for collaboration, IoT-enabled workplace solutions, or smart building systems. Experience scaling Employee Experience technologies across diverse geographies with varying regulatory/cultural needs. Exposure to HR Technology Integration, basic understanding of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, learning & development) and how tech enhances them. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
