Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/12/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Home Health Registered Nurse - Days Responsibilities: • Deliver quality home health care in Redding and nearby areas. • Manage 20 - 25 cases weekly, ensuring same - day documentation. • Use Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for documentation, maintaining a productivity point average of 26 - 28. • Attend weekly in - person office meetings. • Work flexible hours to meet patient needs. Requirements: • Active CA RN License and BLS Certification. • 2 years of home health experience. • Proficient in HCHB/OASIS, with Oasis E experience post - January 2023. • Strong independent work and time management skills. • Reside within 30 minutes of the territory or arrange nearby housing. Contract Details: • 13•week contract, 40 - hour workweek. • No on - call or overtime. • Pre - approved time off must be made up.
