Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Neuro ICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/20/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Unit: ICU Neuro Job details: Can float to stepdown 1:4 ratio BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - CRRT highly preferred Assessment tools: Stroke signs/symptoms competency (ex. BE-FAST) NIHSS Certified (current certificate on file, obtained w/in 2 years of start date) Bedside Dysphagia screening competency (on file) Minimum 1-year experience working in a certified stroke center critical care unitpreferred Familiar with current Stroke guidelines and performance measures for Acute Ischemic and Hemorrhagic strokes IV-tPA administration and post-tPA monitoring competency State licensure : KY/Compact in hand Charting: Meditech experience preferred, not required. 65 mile radius restriction HCRR About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
