Managing Director Spain (m/f/d)

Akens\Nordburg is looking for a Managing Director Spain (m/f/d) based in Madrid for the Spanish subsidiary of good stablished German company leader within its sector. The professional will be responsible for P&L, and the strategic and operational management of the company in Spain ensuring sustainable business growth, profitability, and alignment with the company's global vision. Main Responsibilities: Define and implement the business strategy in the assigned markets, in alignment with the headquarters in Germany Manage and optimize the financial performance of the subsidiary, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency objectives Lead, motivate, and develop the management team and employees, fostering a high performance and committed culture Take direct responsibility for sales and lead the commercial team to maximize growth and market penetration Drive company growth through the development of new clients, markets, and business opportunities Establish and strengthen relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and relevant stakeholders Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards in all operations Oversee purchasing, sales, logistics, administration, and finance areas, ensuring a high level of quality and service Work closely with the headquarters in Germany to align the subsidiary with the company's global objectives Coordinate with the headquarters and other group companies in the region to ensure synergies and strategic alignment.
