Social network you want to login/join with: Junior Account Manager As Junior Account Manager, you will be guided to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities. Reporting to the Country Business Leader , you will collaborate closely with the Channels Sales Managers team and all central functions. What am I responsible for? You serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters You build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships You will be guided and helped in negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits You develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders, and in the future, with executive sponsors You ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives You clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders You develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas You forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) You prepare reports on account status You collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory as well as with our Business Partners You assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed What is my role? With a maximum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a similar relevant role in an IT environment Fluent in English A hunter profile and door opener is requested Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization Solid experience with Network, Communication & Cloud solutions/products Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field J-18808-Ljbffr
