Certification Program manager - Auditor

Eurovent Certita Certification , a European leader in third-party certification for HVAC-R products, is seeking a Certification Program Manager / Auditor to join our international team. If you are an experienced professional in HVAC or energy systems with a passion for quality and compliance, this role offers an opportunity to influence sustainable product performance worldwide. Your Responsibilities Manage certification programs from design through execution and delivery. Draft, update, and ensure compliance with certification reference documents. Organize and lead program committees, staying updated on industry standards and regulatory changes. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including client managers, assistants, and laboratories. Promote Eurovent’s certification services through client meetings, industry events, and publications. Build and monitor annual budgets and manage subcontractor relationships. Auditing Responsibilities Conduct factory audits based on certification reference documents, approximately 30 per year, mainly across Europe. Qualifications Technician or Engineer with a background in HVAC , Energy , or Building systems . Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Experience in auditing is advantageous but not required. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
