Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Associate Location: Bristol | Full-time | Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for a s olicitor or associate solicitor to join the commercial litigation team at a leading regional firm with a national outlook in their Bristol office. They are seeking a qualified lawyer from 1 PQE with experience in commercial dispute resolution gained at a well-regarded national or regional law firm. About the Role You will work on a diverse caseload of high-value and complex matters. Handling a range of general commercial disputes Managing claims involving professional negligence, commercial contracts, and warranty disputes Advising on issues arising from corporate acquisitions Key Responsibilities Manage your own caseload and handle files effectively Advise, build and maintain client relationships Contribute to marketing initiatives and attend networking events Begin developing a sector specialism Assist with larger projects and meet deadlines reliably Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture What experience is required Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience in dispute resolution Previous experience handling commercial disputes independently (with supervision where needed) Ability to delegate work appropriately and manage junior colleagues Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic Ambition to grow professionally within a progressive, client-focused firm If you are ready to take the next step in your career with a forward-thinking dispute resolution team, please submit your CV or get in touch with Loraine Silvester at G2 Legal for a confidential discussion.
