Construction Senior Associate

This Award Winning, Regional and well regarded law firm in Manchester is seeking an Construction Senior Associate to join the firm. This is a well-respected North West firm with a strong reputation for quality work, a down-to-earth culture and steady organic growth which tends to be ideal for Solicitors who value progression and high quality work without being unnecessarily corporate. The firm currently has a well know and ranked Real Estate team but do not have a recognised Construction team. The firm are looking for a Senior Associate or above, who is keen to progress and have a team built around them. The Real Estate and Commercial teams generate enough Construction work to keep the candidate sufficiently busy but will also allow time for the person to get involved with Business development. The chosen candidate can be a Contentious or Non-contentious Solicitor but they are seeking someone who can confidently work under minimal supervision.
