We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist with incoming calls while also generating outbound calls to promote products and services. To be successful in this role, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. Strengthen existing sales relationships with customers by establishing regular communication. Build new relationships by soliciting calls to prospective customers. Document customer interactions into Company's CRM, enter customer inquiries and or telephone orders into system. Review open customer orders and take action on open items. Provide prompt responses to customer quote requests, including preparation and management of sales contracts. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of sales experience in the electrical industry and/or experience in a similar environment. Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record Ability to provide a high degree of customer service by meeting customer expectations. Problem solving skills including using internal and external resources to arrive at solutions. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, managing one’s own time. Product knowledge of electrical products is a plus.
