Perform scheduled visits including: Wound care,IV administration, and teaching Cardiac follow-ups and interventions Travel within the Wood County area to provide home health services. Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience. Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS. Education: Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
