Fleet Operations Specialist

Job Opportunity at Synergie Italia Spa, Divisione Lazio Direzionale Synergie Italia Spa, Divisione Lazio Direzionale, is seeking a candidate for a client company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational programming, coordination, and control of services including: Ristorazione (catering) Economato (office supplies and management) Control of the company vehicle fleet All activities must be carried out in accordance with contractual conditions and company procedures. The role also involves ensuring compliance with signed contracts, monitoring KPIs and performance, tracking the progress of management flows while respecting environmental and safety regulations, and managing related penalties. The company considers candidates with a diploma or degree in scientific fields (STEM). Technical diploma or degree in Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent Requirements include 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically advanced Excel skills.
