The Service Support position will involve working with heat transfer equipment to support our customers in the Energy market. About you We are looking for a person with: Good attitude for teamwork Strong interpersonal skills Open-mindedness What about the job In this role, you will: Support the service team with established customers by handling mechanical & electrical parts and service orders. Assist in developing technical and value-based quotes that reflect customer needs and highlight unique selling points. Maintain sales tools information (ERP, CRM, Installed Base), including inventory files relevant to spare parts quotation and orders, as well as customer, contact, and equipment information in Installed Base. Use CRM and other tools consistently and effectively to support the sales process and inform decision-making. Attend weekly sales and production meetings to receive and provide updates on current open orders. What you know Education: University degree J-18808-Ljbffr
